Corn on the cob

Since this is Mason's first summer of eating "real" food, it's the first time he's had the chance to gnaw on his own ear of sweet corn.  Grandpa shared some of his first, and Mason took a few good bites before getting his own.

He really enjoyed it, but didn't get the concept of how to correctly hold the ear.  Nonie showed him a few times, but he always reverted back to his way.  Works for him!

Getting a little assistance to get the middle of the ear since he had sufficiently eaten the ends!

After the corn, Mason and grandpa sat on the swing on the porch.  Once Mason was done swinging, he moved on to bigger and better things.  Bucket sitting!  He loves to climb into and out of this bucket.  And sit down for a rest from all the go, go, go he does!
