Our week

Well, it wasn't the best week of all weeks! But today is Friday, we are healing, and the sun is shining. I don't feel right complaining when the sun is shining in Ohio in February!

While in Columbus Brian got sick. He laid around for several days - on B&B's chair on Saturday, my parent's chair on Sunday, and in our chair at home on Monday and Tuesday. He worked from home while taking rest breaks on Monday and Tuesday.

Poor little Mason got a little bit of what Brian had. Thankfully it wasn't nearly as bad or as lengthy as Brian. He was very lethargic on Sunday night and that carried into Monday. But, on Tuesday morning he woke up much more like his healthy self. He still has a runny nose, but that's much better than lethargic, sad eyes any day!

Sick daddy and silly boy! Mimi (Brian's mom) gave Mason the pumpkin headband this fall and he recently rediscovered it. There's a button to push and few little red bumps light up. He thinks it's so funny. We thought it was funny when he wore it!

Feeling much better and playing with Noah's ark. It's so nice when he feels good. He does like to stick his tongue out and feel his teeth and chin. Hate to say it, but he also gets after the runny nose with it too!

Supper time in front of the TV. Wheel of Fortune to be specific. We're junkies; Wheel Spin ID's and all. So, if you're ever watching and a Brian K or Jenna K from Ohio wins the prize puzzle...it could be us. Let us know!!!!! :) (I put a smiley face there, but I'm actually quite serious. We're bound to win someday!)

Oh, and I forgot to mention that our power went out on Tuesday night which added to the lovely week. It wasn't all that bad, really. My parent's didn't lose power, so we were able to move in for a day until ours was back on.

And the sun is still shining...
