Playing blog catch-up once again... Here's a random assortment of pictures from the month of May starting at the beginning of the month and ending just a few days before Micah was born. The problem with waiting over a month to blog about them is that I forget why I took some of the pictures!
Sunglasses, an apple, and milk make for a pretty smooth car ride.

Viburnum: one of our favorite flowering bushes. It smells so good and is so pretty!
Mason loves going to MusikGarten though he doesn't always choose to participate and rarely sings along.
Making a bed on the floor with a cozy blanket and pillow.Enjoying a warm day in May with a book in the sunshine. (Hello baby belly!)
Having so much fun riding toys on the recently rained on driveway.
Mason stayed overnight with Nonie and Grandpa and had the pleasure of chatting with great-aunt Prudy on the phone!
Mason and I made a quick trip to Columbus to meet Carson's new baby brother, Hudson. These two are becoming quite used to playing together.
Mason getting a taste for big brother-hood while comforting Hudson.
A lunch date at DQ with my best bud (before Micah was born).
Popsicles are the epitome of "summertime", especially in Mason's book!
Daddy took a Friday off of work to work in the garden and flowerbeds and get things ready for baby. We walked to T&C for lunch and stopped for a few things, including a Key Lime soda at Lehman's. Mason enjoyed the rest break, and the soda!
Second cousin Jesse's first birthday party. As of right now, there are no girl second cousins who live in the Kidron area, just seven boys - Ezra, Silas, Mason, Luke and Josh (L-R). (Jesse is missing from the picture; Micah is not born yet.)The greenhouse is fun for all!
If we're at Grandpa's farm, there's a very good chance it will include a tractor ride. Mason thinks the two are synonymous.
Just playing with Legos. Mason plays very nicely by himself!
Making the winking face as we pass the red barn with a picture of the state of Ohio that has a winking smiley face on the side.
Being silly before bed...stall tactics!
We met friends at Kidron Park to play on the playground and eat lunch to celebrate a birthday. Although it was May 24, you wouldn't know it based on the temperature - mid-40s and cloudy. Mason insisted that he and I go for a hike - it was less than ideal, especially for the prego mommy!
Enjoying a story with Nonie before going home.
